diFUME presentation in ICOS2020

During the first day of ICOS 2020 Science Conference, at 15/09/2020, a presentation focussing on the Biogenic Fluxes modeling was given as part of diFUME project.

17 September 2020

ICOS Science Conference 2020 took place virtually due to the COVID-19 epidemic from Tuesday 15th to Thursday 17th of September, 2020. The overall, overarching theme of the conference was "Knowledge for shaping the future – understanding the Earth's biogeochemical processes”, and for the first time "Urban observations and detection of human emissions" was a significant part of the conference thematics, with 2 parallel sessions and 3 plenary talks.

diFUME paritcipated in the Session 1:  "Urban observations and detection of human emissions" with an online live presentation titled "Quantifying biogenic carbon dioxide fluxes in an urban area". The developed modelling approach for canopy photosynthesis was presented along with some first results of the ongoing field measurements campaign, receiving positive and valuable feedback. The sessions of the conference were recorded and are available online until the end of September 2020.

The diFUME ICOS2020 presentation is also available in the Publications repository.
